Kid’s & Family Yoga Wonder Woman!

“Hi there, thanks for taking the time to get to know us, my name is Ella and I am the founder of SoulJuice. It was created in 2021 through two of my greatest passions in life, caring for children and yoga! I has been working with children for the past 10 years and have always been a strong advocate for their well being. I hold a diploma in Early Years Childcare as well as a certificate in 200h Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and prenatal and postnatal yoga. I wanted to be able to share my passion of yoga with the all the children in my care, and this is when I decided to continue down my epic path and complete my Kids Yoga Teacher Training with RainbowYoga.

Children and families are able to to connect better with themselves, others and the natural world around them when they take the time to breath and appreciate mindful moments. I believe that strong connections are the foundations for all positive growth to take place and this is truly what I live by, connection first, always.

I absolutely love teaching yoga to kids and families and this is where I thrive! In addition throughout my pregnancy I have really enjoyed learning all things prenatal and postnatal while on this epic journey. Providing the benefits of yoga to mothers and mothers to be is something I feel extremely grateful to be offering through our amazing SoulJuice Leader Ili Zulkiflee!”

Prenatal & Mum’s & Bub’s Superstar!

“My name is Ili Zulkiflee, a certified yoga teacher, trained in prenatal, postnatal and kids yoga. My passion for teaching started way back when I was still in university tutoring kids as a part time job. It then continued with teaching Scuba Diving for 4 years in the warm waters of Thailand & Malaysia. I began practicing yoga more seriously whilst on the islands. My passion for yoga increased over time and led me to get my teaching certificate.

Have been teaching since 2021 and thought yoga should be more available and accessible to a wider age group than what it is at present. That’s when I decided to deepen my studies in prenatal & postnatal yoga. Being able to offer mums these classes has just been one of the most magical things. Seeing how they are able to turn their awareness inwards as they understand their body more and letting it take the time it needs to grow or heal. These classes are usually more gentle as there is never a rush to get into a particular pose or reaching a said goal but more on making sure we are doing what’s best for us (mums) and our bubs – which I totally go by!

Teaching yoga to kids has been so much fun and rewarding. Being able to connect and share my passion with kids and make yoga fun and exciting for them has been my pleasure. I believe that letting them experience yoga from a young age makes a big difference. I was even surprised myself to see that they are able to take a pause, breathe and meditate even for a brief moment. They are kids, but are so capable of great things!!”

The SoulJuice mission is to share yoga and mindfulness to children and families in a fun and playful way!

Every Kid’s & Family yoga program is designed around our core values.


We believe these are the building blocks for our children to thrive! At SoulJuice we explore both the physical and mental sides of yoga. Some activities we get up to include: yoga, acro yoga, meditation, mindfulness walks, arts, yoga games and reflection journaling.

When children & families complete one of our programmes, our aim is that they leave with their cup completely full!

Prenatal and Mum’s & Bub’s Programme

Our prenatal and mum’s and bub’s yoga classes are all designed with mum’s changing body at the centre. Pregnancy does all sorts to woman’s bodies and through our yoga classes, you will be able to support your pregnancy and growing belly and then postpartum, the classes will gently guide you back to fitness and mobility.

Connection, mindfulness, pelvic floor, strengthening and stretching.
