Mums & Bubs Yoga Feedback Form

We have absolutely loved teaching mums & bubs yoga to the community and thought it was about time to get some feedback from you. We really appreciate your support, want to hear your voice and make sure you are getting what you want out of the class.

I would like to sign up for classes for Term3. (This way we can get a gauge for numbers and hopefully offer this class to the community again. Classes run as a $25 drop in rate or a 6week block for $90 ☺️)
