Kid’s & Family Yoga Wonder Woman!

“Hi there, thanks for taking the time to get to know us, my name is Ella and I am the founder of SoulJuice. It was created in 2021 through two of my greatest passions in life, caring for children and yoga! I has been working with children for the past 10 years and have always been a strong advocate for their well being. I hold a diploma in Early Years Childcare as well as a certificate in 200h Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and prenatal and postnatal yoga. I wanted to be able to share my passion of yoga with the all the children in my care, and this is when I decided to continue down my epic path and complete my Kids Yoga Teacher Training with RainbowYoga.

Children and families are able to to connect better with themselves, others and the natural world around them when they take the time to breath and appreciate mindful moments. I believe that strong connections are the foundations for all positive growth to take place and this is truly what I live by, connection first, always.

I absolutely love teaching yoga to kids and families and this is where I thrive! In addition throughout my pregnancy I have really enjoyed learning all things prenatal and postnatal while on this epic journey. Providing the benefits of yoga to mothers and mothers to be is something I feel extremely grateful to be offering.”

The SoulJuice mission is to share yoga and mindfulness to children and families in a fun and playful way!

Every Kid’s & Family yoga program is designed around our core values.

CONNECTION, GRATITUDE, RESPECT, TRUST  & GROWTH.

We believe these are the building blocks for our children to thrive! At SoulJuice we explore both the physical and mental sides of yoga. Some activities we get up to include: yoga, acro yoga, meditation, mindfulness walks, arts, yoga games and reflection journaling.

When children & families complete one of our programmes, our aim is that they leave with their cup completely full!

Prenatal and Mum’s & Bub’s Programme

Our prenatal yoga classes, as well as our mums and bubs yoga classes, are all centred around the mother’s changing body. Pregnancy can have various effects on a woman’s body, and our yoga classes provide a supportive environment for you to nurture your pregnancy and growing body. After childbirth, our classes gently guide you back to fitness and mobility, focusing on the pelvic floor muscles and modifying to suit every individual student.
