Early Years Yoga Monday’s 10am & Friday’s 2pm

Early Years Yoga Large

From my home studio underneath the Shotover bridge, SoulJuice offers weekly early years yoga sessions. This 30 minute class is dedicated to providing  children the opportunity to explore yoga and mindfulness. After the class parents and children are invited to stay and play for an additional 30 minutes. This hour in the week allows children to become fully present within their own bodies. Children at this age absolutely love learning about their bodies and how it moves through yoga fun and mindfulness games. We cant wait to have you join us!

Investment :  $50 per term or $10 drop in

Preschool

Our preschool class runs for 45mins – 1h.

Our nursery classes runs for for 20-30 minutes.
